THREE EASY WAYS TO ORDER

    HOW TO SEND ARTWORK

    Camera-ready art may be sent via e-mail or the carrier of your choice. Faxed art cannot be used for most jobs as it would require extensive cleanup. If complex art is required, we will call with a quote. In most cases, non-standard PMS colors will incur add'l charge. If not specified, we will modify size to best suit the imprint area. If art return is required, please specify on PO. Computer files provided should be a minimum of 300 dpi at 100% size for optimum quality print, and can be sent on CD. Programs include Photoshop or Illustrator. Save files in native, editable format. Provide RGB images (TIFF or EPS) & fonts. A match color laser print or better output from the file is required for predictable color reproduction on full-color jobs. Ink jet prints and Web graphics are suitable for printing and proofing. Please label all disks, and only include required files.

    METHOD OF PAYMENT

    All new orders require payment with the order unless open account terms have been established in advance. 1AAAPromotions will accept a company check, Visa or MasterCard. For orders delivered in California, add 7 1/4% sales tax for your promotional products order.

    METHOD OF SHIPPING

    Most shipments are UPS ground or best way. For rush orders, UPS and Federal Express offer expedited three-day, two-day or overnight service if requested. Freight charges are FOB Factory.

    RUSH ORDERS

    If you have an event, or require an exact "in-hand" date, please specify on your promotional items order. Otherwise, it will be shipped as soon as possible. Special terms, quantities, and conditions may apply - please see specific products for details. For rush orders, production time begins from the date of proof approval. Add 2-3 days if art is required. Be sure to add time for shipping - specify an expedited method above. 1AAAPromotions is not responsible for carrier delays.
